The BlueCross BlueShield Association is an organization that manages the BlueCross BlueShield brand, one of the most recognized brands in America and the choice of over 80 million Americans for their health care coverage.

Strategic Consulting Services (SCS) and Corporate Strategy are dedicated strategy consulting divisions of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Associate Consultants work directly with Association staff and senior management of the 41 independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies and develop business strategies addressing the most pressing issues in the healthcare industry. The team-based environment supports the use of rigorous analysis, market research and interviews to develop fact-based strategy solutions for the Blue Plans.

Qualifications include:
An undergraduate degree in an analytical discipline
1-3 years of business strategy or management consulting experience
Ability to successfully build relationships with clients and internal staff
Ability to interact with clients to understand needs and develop proposals
Ability to acquire and organize data, deliver results and identify business implications
Ability to independently lead day-to-day client communications
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
